"I take back everything that I have previously said. I started to have problems with his work after 2 months. The builder promised to sort it out but never showed up, does not respond to emails and has changed his phone number several times. After trying to speak to him for almost a year, I sent him a recorded letter to the address on my invoice which was returned unopened. I now have no way to contact him to get satisfaction and intend to report him to Trading Standards for sub-standard workmanship and zero after-sales service. Avoid this builder at all costs or you will regret it."
