"Kitchen waws fitten within a timeframe given at the beginning. stephen made few mistakes or not listened to what we wanted to be done and it was quite frustrating. At one point he even threatened to leave if we don't agree to what he wanted to do. It was his way or no way. The finish was good but it cost at lots of nerves and walking on tip toes.Some parts were missing because they were not delivered. The floor was left uneven after putting the floor tiles. It's impossible to move or take out the washing mashine as only part of the floor was tiled which left back legs on the bare floor and fron legs on tiles but it's impossible to lift the machine up as there is no room left because of the worktop. Good price, kitchen completed on time but if you want to save yourself nerves ..."
