Works on an estimate basis, with invoice for time and materials. Estimate pretty accurate.
Best builder that we have ever come across. Bright and cheery, well spoken (no swearing!), good knowledge of all trades and an excellent communicator.
He is a good project manager, using other tradesmen who work to the same standards of timeliness, quality and respect for the customer's property.
As well as the above, his joinery skill in both structural work and finishing work is excellent.
Our kids think he is the coolest builder they have ever met!
