"Steve was very helpful during the work, he contacted the architect with problems relating to positioning the RSJ and resolved other problems identified on the plans throughout the work. He consulted me on all changes which I appreciated advising me of the extra cost this would incur. Steve co-ordinated all the work undertaken, electrics, plumming, joinery, plastering etc, fitting and tiling the bathroom. tiling the downstairs toilet, the work took 8 weeks in total. He purchased items for my bathroom from trade which saved me a considerable amount of money and recommended tile suppliers. I would highly recommend him, I am pleased with the work undertaken and the consideration shown at the end of each day when they cleaned up after themselves. "

"The job was completed to a satisfactory standard BUT the attitude of the person in charge of the compant was appalling.He tried to get us to have our roof replaced as well as the new window but was not willing to give us a written estimate for the job. He seemed very nice at first but when we refused to have the roof replaced his attitude to us cooled.It took quite some time for the window to be ready and he didn't contact me when it was.When I rang to enquire he said that the window had arrived that day ( ha ha). I asked for an installation day but he was unable to tell me so I said for him to ring me when they could fit the window.A week or so later my son woke up to find men on ladders gaining entry to my property through the broken window WITHOUT my permission!!!!I have yet to recieve a comment or apology from Granville Windows for the way they have acted.Needless to say I am not paying them for the job until they explain themselves!"
