"Job was quoted 3 days 3 people. Ended up being 2 people. Day 4 the job was promised to be completed, payment left in trust. However job not completed, and Bernie (person in charge) has not returned to complete the job, despite promising on 3 seperate occassions. Now will not respond to emails/phone calls. Wallpaper has bubbled, tiling not finished in hallway, unable to shut doors. Ample opportunities to return and finish or at least explain actions."
