"Vince was very polite, friendly and a hard worker. He took lots of notes when he came round to prepare a quote and the quote itself was detailed, accurate and in writing. He and his son worked really quickly and the decorating has a really good quality finish. The one thing he could have done differently was to stick to the original dates he said he would be with us, he let us down at short notice but he actually completed the job more quickly than he at first thought so did make up the time. Overall I would rate him!"
