"Always turned up and did the job. They were more expensive than the other quote I had but I got the impression I got what I paid for. Cleaned up and made the house habitable at the end of each day (though they did keep forgetting to turn the radiators back on and we wondered why we were freezing!). My husband works from home and he was able to shut himself in the study and get on with it while they worked & didn't disturb him. The overall standard of the decorating was very high. We did have one misundertanding re wallpaper which was put on the wrong way but they sorted it with a good grace. The "boss" was always available by phone and popped in regularly to check everything was going OK. I would use them again and next time make sure I clarify exactly how I want things to avoid misunderstandings."
