"Arrived promptly to give quote and appeared to be knowledgeable and gave the right vibes. We even increased the work to included the hall stairs and landing. What a shock when they started the work.
Attention to detail is not a strong point !!
Plastering is very uneven - not finished smoothly very disappointed.
Door frames and doors not glossed correctly - uneven gloss, runs, and edges not painted at all. Under edge of window sill not glossed previous colour still visible.
Very Untidy in their work - did not clean up after themselves which meant fluff and dirty ending up in paint and gloss. plaster drips, paint drips left on floors. Difficult to live around the mess with 3 small children.
Even when we discussed the issues we had they still could not see the problems - quality finishing not in the job description.
We are now left tidying up the mess which they have left - and will have to re- do the work as the finish is very poor.
Job over ran by 3 days and we still have things that were not finshed correctly
All above said they were reliable and turned up each day.
