"After being awarded the job, arranging dates and confirming the price all was well. Then on the Friday before the job started Jamie tried to move the date, I explained I couldn't be at home again that month due to work commitments so the date had to stay. Now on Monday morning 20 minutes before he's due to arrive he has phoned to say he cannot start today. This level of unprofessionalism means I cannot recommend Jamie as a tradesman."
