The quote was reasonable and I immediately engaged him to do the work, because of the reliable response he had given to date. Lachlan attended to do the job as arranged and agreed and kept in touch via the telephone to keep me up to date and to discuss details such as colour etc. Throughout the job and my dealings with him, I found Lachlan to be highly reliable and trustworthy. This was important to me and Lachlan more than fulfilled my expectations. The job was completed in a highly professional and satisfactory way and I am fully satisfied with the outcome.
