"I don't think value or reliability can be described as great or brilliant, someone is either good value for money and they are reliable or they are not. David does offer good value and he is reliable. However, quality can be measured and I cannot give David five stars because while most of his work was good, some of it was not brilliant. He is enthusiastic and likes to paint swiftly with large brush strokes so there is less room for attention to detail and this shows in the finish of some of the work which is a pity. Having said that, he is reliable, very good value for money, a helpful and pleasant person so, unless you are a perfectionist, I would certainly recommend him."
