"I used Plastering Services and More to do a roofing job for me. I was quoted a price of £3,400 to do the job and paid in full on completion in May. I was assured that the work done was to a high standard and they would be available should any problems arise. Sadly, the roof leaked severely during the heavy rain in June, my bathroom was flooded and the ceiling totally damaged. I was promised that the roof would be fixed and bathroom ceiling repaired. None of this was done. I had been told by these individuals that the roof only required minor modifications, which was not the case When the roofers came to conduct a survey of the roof - it had become apparent that the work that what was done was purely cosmetic and the roof would need to be completley redone at a cost of £2,500"

"If Carlsberg made tradesmen - they'd have made them like Mark. After years of enduring trademen who frankly took the p*** and did the barest minimum I can honestly say that Mark, Danny and his team are THE BEST!!! I originally brought them in to do plastering, decorating, light fitting and carpet laying, but they also saved me from an abysmal batrhroom installer and fitted me an amazing bathroom There are few decisions in life which are no brainers - whatever the job if you hire Mark you won't be disappointed"
