"The job was dirty and dusty, needing an old mortar and lathe ceiling to be replaced. The job was started at the agreed time and an excellent job was made, done well within the expected time due to the hard work and skill of Dave the plasterer. The only minor fault, and not one too really complain about, was that protection of the carpeted floor was not complete. Then nobody is perfect."

"Plastered - lounge (not ceiling),dining,hsl (not ceiling),3xbeds,part of kitchen. Was given an estimate of 6-7 days for work, actually took 13 days. Some additional work was added, although vast majority of this was discussed at time of original estimate. Plasterer had to work around other tradesmen, and this impeded his speed of work to a degree. Plasterer was also ill for one day. Working days appeared relatively short. Plasterer had to employ his son, and a friend to help him get the job done in the end. This was appreciated, as we did need all the work doing ASAP! Quality of work was to a good standard, though work completed in the last few days appeared rushed and quality did suffer. Overall, work could have benefited from better communication from both parties. Price appeared reasonable though."
