"I thought that this webiste was designed to allow people to get the best workmen out there to do the job. Brilliant workmen suffer because of bad reputation associated with trades industry and because of fear of getting a rogue worker in. I left what I had thought was an honest comment to share my experience with other customers. I was left abusive and threating voicemails by this person(which I have kept for the record). I feel that he has behaved in an extremely unprofessional way and this was combined with the work which in my eyes was sub-standard. I had other skimming work done in the house in the second bedroom on the same walls(and hence similar conditions) so I know what I can compare the quality to and no ammount of painting as sugested by the contractor would hide the terrible finish. It has taken me double the ammount of time it took for the original job to sort of the issues and probably another day still left. No offer of compensation was ever made and the last thing I want is to turn this into a bickering forum. This will be my last post on the matter but my previously good level of confidence in trades men has now been shake."

"Quick contact, very freindly and reliable. Did exactly what he said he'd do. Even came around to remove the radiator for us prior to the skimming so that we could remove the wall paper and suggested solutions for small problems with skimming the room. Left the room, clean and tidy. I would recommend using Mark/SM Interiors and would use the company again myself."

"Very quick to get in touch and arrange the work. However, quite messy, didnt ask if was happy and after the plaster had dried up the finish really wasnt good. Uneven, ridges, bumps, dinks everywhere and will require a lot of filling and sanding. Feel like it was a little rushed and lacked basic attention to detail."
