"Totally unprofessional. They decided our carpet was “done” and didn’t put any dust sheets down. When we informed them that we were keeping the carpet and asked them to put some down, they brought in two tiny blankets and we supplied a couple of sheets of our own. This didn’t seem to help as the carpet was completely covered in plaster. We complained to them about this and asked for a discount to help towards the cost of having the carpet professionally cleaned at this point they became aggressive and threatening. We have spent well over a whole day cleaning the carpet, skirting boards, doors and our path. They left a bucket of used plaster and bags round the corner from our house which our neighbours complained to us about. The plastering is also not done to the paint finish we were promised. "
