"John from [COMPANY NAME] came to give me a quote within the hour of my regstering a quote request with "Rated People". He was obviously knowledgeable and I like his attitude straight away. I have been messed around by various plasterers from the local newspaper ads. since September and had put a request for the job to be done as soon as possible. When he agreed to do the job the very next day I accepted his quote immediately as I knew from the small ads guys who'd let me down that the price quoted was fair. He did a fantasic job, remedying the mess that the bathroom installers had made of the ceiling, and smooth finishing over the artex. What's more he did it so that I didn't have to have the coving re-done, which several other contractors had told me would be necessary - potentially another £150 worth of work.
