"Very pleasant young man. Realistic quote. Arranged to do the job within 2 weeks of accepting quote. Rang the day before to check job still on, arrived on time, communicated by phone while we were at work , flexible in accomodating needs of 3 cats. Worked all day on his own and did a good job. Messy job, but he did his best to brush the worst up and apologised for not mopping. Did not demand cash. Would employ him again."
