"Ian (plus a colleague) came to plaster my front room last week. He's not an early starter, but certainly works late into the afternoon/early evening. The first day he was quite late in arriving, but for 2 days he was working til well after 5pm having started shortly after 9am.
The quality of the work was very good, although there was a mix up in communication on where to plaster up to around the fireplace. Ian also filled some holes in the rest of the house as well, tidying up the plaster where wires had been chased into walls etc, and he's done an excellent job on those.
In terms of value, I thought Ian was very good value, particularly given the time it took him to do the job. The room was left tidy, with dried plaster on the windows, sill, and on switches and sockets all cleaned up before he left.
Overall, Ian did a good job and I would recommend him to others. "
