"Came to fix toilet which was small job. Stated problem was one part which needed replacing, replaced this but actually wasn't this at all. Toilet still not fixed, however stated didn't have next part (confidence low in plumber at this point anyway) which was stated to be required or the ability to fix a further bit that all agreed also needing fixing. Charged £40 for this. Was doing plumber qualifications when came to help with toilet, not actually qualified plumber
Was later fixed by different plumber and was indeed simple job taking about 30 mins."
