He arrived in plenty of time and the problem was exactly as he had worked out, but he thoroughly checked other possible sources to rule out all possibilities. He was very polite and helpful and fixed the problem for the cost we had discussed, also fixing two other problems in the house without charging more. "Ian replaced my electric shower which I was worried would be a job that alot of plumbers wouldn't be interested in as it is a fairly small job. Ian came back to me straight away and came out and gave me advice about which type of shower to purchase for the job. This was invaluable as I was totally clueless without the help. As soon as as I had managed to get hold of the shower he came back to me straight away with a date to fit. I am very happy with the work and the shower is working perfectly.
