"I had a very quick response to my request and and the plumber came to do my job after finishing his days work so I was grateful for that, he arrived at 7.00PM and left at 11.30 as the job ended up being a lot more difficult due to having to completely remove the bath and then put it back, overall I was impressed with his determination to complete the job, I only have one small reservation in that I think he could of been a little tidier and organised with all his tools when laying them on the bathroom tiled floor. "
