"Plumbing, Tiling and Plastering Solutions / Scot responded to my add on rated people. The job (July 09) involved finding the source of a leak and fixing it. The leak was going to be difficult to find because it was not visible to me and only reported by somebody 2 floors down with the immediate property below being vacant. After much creativity, the leak was found and fixed. The leak revealed some problems from previous building work which was put right, after them being explained to me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Danny (and Chris) to anybody else. I have listed (and I hope I have the space) all the reasons why - 1. Danny was always true to his word about when he would phone 2. They patiently took me through each step of the job, explaining things as they went along 3. They went above and beyond to locate my leak and are extremely creative. I have the feeling that they wouldn't let me down and would persevere until my problem was sorted. 4. They are incredibly polite and respectful! Some tradespeople take over your property and show disregard for your privacy and belongings. These guys were so courteous and considerate. 5. They are very easy people to get on with and that helps if, like me, you are anxious about dealing with tradespeople. They put me at ease and I felt reassured. 6. Danny gave me advice about another issue which was extremely helpful and above and beyond what was asked for. 7. They are very, very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. 8. They are fast - assess the job, decide what needs to be done, do it and leave- brilliant. 9. They don't make false promises - straight up, this is what we can do and they do it well. 10. The price was very reasonable in my view and did not vary from what I was quoted initially (which has happened to me before).
