"Chris was courteous and very well presented throughout the job - taking special consideration to try and reduce 'noise' as we have a young baby. Chris was very clean in his work, ensuring his shoes were covered before entering/exiting the house and ensuring that the workspace was always kept clean and tidy. Chris told me when he was going to turn up, and arrived on time and gave a courtesey call before heading out so when knew when to expect him. The job took Chris slightly longer than quoted however he was upfront enoguh about work rates etc. for us to of discussed this eventuality.This meant that nothing came as a suprise at the end of the work and the bill was presented. The reason the job took longer was because Chris was having to work in very 'cramped' conditions which made it difficult to make the connections and ensure the quality of his work. (To be honest, this is one of the reasons I didn't fancy doing the job myself - I know my limitations as a DIYer!) Chris worked without break, all the time he was on the job and ensured that when he finished, he was happy with the quality of his work, taking time to inspect and ensure the job was good. The house was left in the same state before the work commenced and the rates we were charged were very fair considering some of the problems with the job. In all, Chris worked very dilligently, was open and honest about cost and what the job entailed, was courteous and communicated well and I've have no problems in having him back to do any other work. Highly recommended !"
