"Did the initial job and then said it was a much bigger job (£70 to £210). Had to go on trust as I was not in the area. Did the job but hassled for money to be paid in at a branch of his own bank as he needed it immediately. Agreed to do this even though had to travel to bank, confirmed it would be done lunch time. Hassled me again at 11am (seemed a nit desperate) - it was in his account by 1.30 as promised. Asked to paid invoice but despite 10 calls and as many promises am still waiting. Would NEVER recommend this person - beware of someone who continually promises to deliver but fails!!!!! "

"Following a clear, sensible initial phone call Nigel arrived at 7:30am the next morning just so I could get to work on time. Alas, repairing a small leak turned into a 13hr hot water tank replacement job when it transipred that the old one had cracked. Throughout all this Nigel coped admirably with a series of problems, managed to source parts quickly, taught me a lot about hot water systems and charged a very reasonable rate at the end. Friendly and capable, I would definitely contact him again should the need arise."
