"Dennis arrived at the agreed time and got straight on with the job. He replaced the Ball valve and left everything as he had found it. I subsequently discovered that I had another plumbing problem and he arranged to come back to fix it. He worked out what the problem was, but didn't have the correct tools to hand so took the trouble to go straight off to get them and then came back within the hour and fix it.
