"All plumbing work tasked undertaken to a very high standard. After 3 years of living with a reducing output from the hot water system Graham found the cause (not one of the original tasks, but certainly tied in with the overall effectiveness of the new shower) which anyone less tenatious would not have done. My one small critisism is that I felt the re-tiling could have been slightly tidier. However, not only do I have a fantastic shower but good pressure coming from all my hot taps for the first time in years. Thanks!
