"Spoke to Richard who came to price the job seemed very nice & knowledgable.
We agreed a price of £1500.00 for the job which invovled lengthing existing pipework for my new radiators, relocating a stopcock, concealed pipework for a new sink basin, toilet & shower plus a couple of minor jobs.
When I last spoke to Richard he said he would ring me back in 10 mins to arrange a start time..........that was nearly 3 weeks ago????????. Never heard from him again!!!!!! "
