"Although Scott's appointment was for 2pm, he arrived around 12noon. He was aware that I intended to obtain 3 quotes. Whilst searching for the problem, Scott gripped the corner of the landing carpet with his pliers and literally ripped it up. He then did the same with the bedroom carpet. He established the problem and gave his quote. I said I would let him know either way as soon as I had all quotes. When I called later to say that I had given the work to someone else, his attitude totally changed. He even tried to charge me £65 call out charge for establishing the problem. He should be paying me for the carpets he ripped up! I would not recommend Scott to anyone."
