"Turned up on time, finished the job in two days as he said he would. Cleaned up any mess he made in the bathroom. Very polite. Unfortunately had to tighten the toilet seat as it was loose and needed to adjust the toilet cystern as it wouldn't flush properly. Also found crack in basin sink, but unsure if this was damaged by him when it was being fitted or when it was being delivered (did check with delivery man and all items seemed ok). On the plus side very reasonably priced, beat every other 5 quotes I had."
