"Mr Scott Rook fitted the boiler on the 19th of December and by the 24th December it stopped working. As Mr Rook keeps changing his telephone number it took some resourcing to track him down. In the event I found him and he attended the flat to see what was wrong. He failed to fix it and I am told by another contractor that it was dangerously fitted with the electrics being left in a dangerous condition. I checked, belatedly on PS Rook's assertion that the were Corgi registered - according to Corgi records the company is not registered. Scott failed to leave a commissioning certificate and therefore the manufacturers were unable to assist. This is a case of Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware."
