"Although not quite the cheapest quote we received, the professional presentation impressed from the first and as the quote itself was still highly competitive we opted to pay that small amount extra to obtain a service we felt we had that additional reason to trust. We did not regret the decision. The fitting was achieved efficiently but without being rushed and we were kept informed throughout as to what it was hoped would be achieved on each day of labour. The end result meanwhile was everything we had hoped for - neatly done with no corners cut and to our exact specification. Furthermore, although it turned out that the shower screen we'd purchased did not have the fittings with it, this was never presented as being a problem. Without fuss or complaint, the plumber simply took the screen back to the shop for us and obtained a suitable replacement. Highly recommended."
