"Initially I asked for a repair job, but whilst providing a quote for possibly replacing the taps at a later date. Phil offered to throw in some replacement taps which he had spare for £10, so we did that. Unfortunately these taps were faulty, but Phil came back and replaced them and also my bath taps. In total (for the two visits) he only charged me more than originally quoted for changing all the taps in the first instance. The end result was good - I've got newer, working taps. Phil was very personable and seemed a good genuine bloke. I would definitely use him again in the future."
