"Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved."

"I really cant fault him. From the initial conversation with him, we felt comfortable that he had the knowledge and the experience we were looking for. His quote was very detailed and at no point during the work did we have to endure any conversations about hidden extra costs. What was on the quote is what we paid, which i am sure you will agree is a refreshing quality, especially these days. he worked on a complete bathroom overhall for us as we were making one large bathroom into a smaller bathroom and a nursery. he worked on all areas for us and worked very well with the other tradesman we needed to use. he works well under a tight deadline and to be fair to him he had to with us as our first child was due within 4 weeks. As well as the plumbing, he also done all the tiling for us and i must say i was very impressed with the finish. I had wanted a new bathroom for some and the one i have now is exactly as i pictured it. I have passed details onto friends and customers all of which have used him and are also very impressed with the easy and profesional service they have also received. I would always recommend him and i am sure whoever uses him will be as pleased as i am. "
