"When Steve and his son Liam visited my house initially to quote for the job they already stood out amongst the competition - they were incredbly thorough (checking water pressures etc) and keen to understand exactly what I was looking for. This professional approach continued throughout the job. Steve constantly liaising with me to ensure that he got everything the way I had planned. I know I am not the easiest customer - I had very specific ideas about what I was looking for had bought some non-standard items (reclaimed roll top bath/cast iron rads etc), but Steve got it all installed perfectly. I did not employ Steve initially to do the tiling, but once I had seen his workmanship, I knew he would achieve the brilliant finish I was looking for. I have employed other apparently 5* rated contractors on this website and it has been a nightmare, I truly can say that Steve is really keen to get the job right and deserves every one of these stars. I will certainly be in contact again if I need any other plumbing work doing. Many thanks Steve (and Liam!)"
