Whilst he was doing them he took great pains to point out a rather more serious issue, this resulted in him ordering parts & returning a couple of weeks later & doing major surgery on our central heating system. Again he showed me exactly why this work was necessary (cracked pipe due to lack of maintenance) and worked his magic to repair it all.
