"Pawandip did you have problems too...contact me superstudentmum@yahoo.co.uk If you want a plumber full of promises then this is the man for you because that is all you will get....promises but he fails to deliver. Myself and my husband paid Peter to purchase a bathroom suite and took 3 days off work to help him complete the works. He failed to turn up for 3 days solid with a barage of excuses despite the date being booked 3 weeks previous. When I phoned him up on day 3 to find out if he was definately coming that day he started shouting at me telling me to "stop chasing him all over the country" Considering all his previous excuses were do do with his van I wondered how he was travelling around the country and why he wasn't travelling to my house to complete the works he had promised. He agreed to refund our money that we had paid him and not complete the job. This was a month ago ( he has had the money for 2 months in total) and we are yet to see any refund. Despite continual promises from Peter that he will give us our money back he has again come up with an enormous amounts of excuses as to why he hasn't refunded our money. We are now having to take out legal proceedings to recover our money. The stress he has caused me and my famiy is immeasurable. He has left a family with 2 children under 8 with no bathroom since mid July and no money to complete any further works. He is fully aware of this fact but still fails to refund the money. I would advise avioding this plumber like the plague he also trades under the name T.A.P.S with the same trading address. Just a heads up because I would not want any other family to suffer like we have and continue to do so. "
