"Mr. Cox was friendly and seemed very forthright and honest in how he dealt with me and our plumbing issues. He showed up when he said he would and he completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. I was impressed with his professional attitude and work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone. Both Mr. Cox and his assistant were wonderful. I might also add that they were both very considerate of my one-year-old son and tried to be as quiet as possible during his nap times without me asking them to be. i've never had a better experience with a tradesperson in this particular field of work! "

"Alan managed to fit my job in the very next day, although this was a sunday, at no extra charge. The work was not very straight forward as my old house does not have up-to-date plumbing, but Alan was patient. He not only completed the two original jobs, but also mended a leaking toilet cistern without me having to ask him to look at it, and without charging me any more on top of original quote!
I have already arranged for him to return for another job, and would reccomend him."
