Even when the job could not be completed as anticipated, he worked round the problem (welded pipework), swapped the diverters in the two tap units and ... hey-presto ... one fully functioning shower ... and a very happy customer. I would have absolutely NO hesitation in using his services again; in fact we are planning to use him when we refit the bathroom next year.
