"This job is a complete disaster, 3 lengths of granite were taken from our home, plus over Ã?£1,500 pounds in cash, fitted badly was one smaller piece of granite in our kitchen and a further two 3m lenghts were taken to be professionally cut/milled out. This tradesperson claimed to have had his van stolen whilst our granite/Franke sink and tap was on board and ready to install. This tradesperson also agreed to renew our granite by purchasing more lengths and having them milled out using a different contractor. All the above has failed to appear at our address over 4 weeks later. This tradesperson has ceased all form of contact, he refuses to returned any of our phone calls but sent us a text this morning 30 July saying that he is "exhausted". At home I have a downs syndrome sister, terminally ill mother and two young children, my advice to all considering using this contactor is "avoid like the plague" I am not permitted to leave any personal details but for your benefit wish I could."
