"The original rating was somehow lost, so I will attempt to remember it here. Basically sound work, including a section of mosaic tiles, at a very reasonable price. Cheerful and pleasant and cleaned up when finishing each day. However the grouting shows a lot of gaps and holes and is quite uneven. We had to insist on a tile being broken out and replaced where it was standing out badly from the wall, and a small number of mosaic tiles were removed where they had been cemented to the wall with the protective plastic backing still on. This was corrected by the tradesman afterwards, and he also did some drilling into the tiles for us. Initially reliable and came when he said, but we had to wait to have the mosaic redone and were left waiting when he didn't arrive when promised. In summary, basically good but we were disappointed with the finish and by how problems were handled."

"Steven produced a fair and reasonable quote and started on time. He produced a very good quality job and took our reasonable requests in good humour. Due to ill health at the time he was unable to seal a gap round a soil pipe in an extremely awkward position. He drew our attention to the fact. We would not hesitate to recomend his professional service to others."
