"services provided:- rendered walls and plastered where needed, fitted plaster board , tiled two walls, built sink unit, fitted flooring, fitted bath & sink excluding plumbing however worked out fitting requirments and sealed all areas The work was completed to a high standard and very good value for money. Duncan slighlty under estimated the time it would take to complete the job however more than made up for this by working over the weekend to ensure the work was completed as soon as possible and each evening ensured that he left the work area clean and tidy. Overall i was very happy with the service and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duncan to another person who required similar work completing. It was nice to meet a friendly tradesman, who genuinely enjoys the work he does. Duncan is a perfectionist this was a nice surprise and was really appreciated"
