"I was nervous about using a tradesman from a website but I did and am delighted that I did. City Tiling was not the cheapest quote I received but John was very professional. He knew what I wanted and carried out my instructions to the letter. His charges were as per his quote. There was a delay with the delivery of the tiles (caused by the supplier) which put him behind schedule but he worked late for several nights and worked Saturday and Sunday and caught up without charging me for it. He was excellent."
