"Michael gave us a good quote for a horrible job, he started when he said he would, worked long hours and got the job finished when he said he would. He worked hard to keep things clean and tidy and left us with an en-suite wet room that looks like new. Couldn't fault him or his work. thank you."

"Quality is fine, no problem with that but marked down a bit as he promised to finish part of the work off associated with tiling but would not come back to do that. Value not so great as I asked for the balance of the materials that I paid for to be returned to me for my future use but they were not, so I guess John benefitted from the use of these on other jobs. Reliability is poor as it was very difficult to firm up on when he would continue doing the work - there were some pauses in the work - and there were times when arrangements were made but he did not turn up. One of those times though was due to illness (though the difficulty in contacting him by mobile and only then heard he was ill through his girlfriend phoning seemed a bit odd). "
