"Cancelled original start date. Arrived and then had half the next day off (for the dentist). Then never turned up again. Rec'd txt saying wouldnt be able to finish the job due to family problems, and we never saw Dale again, which left us with half a wall tiled the wrong way round. We had to get those removed and get the whole job started again! To be fair, Dale did refund the money for the tiles he used. Luckily we had enough left to complete the job, as the colour wouldnt have match if we brought new batch numbers."
