He came around gave us a price...we chose the door, got an installation date...waited....and we waited....we called and we called.....we emailed and we emailed but no response at all. If you want reliability don't bother. Don't mind if a tradesperson can't make it, but a courtesy call is all that is needed - not too much to ask is it ?"
