"bad points: 3 panes wrong size. 1 pane broken in transit + 1 pane broken on fitting. 1 pane broken within one hour of fitting. 10 panes in total to replace original 4 panes. Good points: they honoured their commitment even though they must have lost money. Glazing is not really their greatest skill but they had plenty of practice on my windows and i am sure that they will do a good job next time (if they risk a "next time"). "
