"Warmseals windows and conservatory roof were great. The job we originally booked them for, no complaints. However, we wanted extra work doing ie garage, patio area, steps down to garden path. We asked for this to be completed by end of September before the bad weather started. Now, at the end of November, the job is still not finished, nor is it satisfactory. Customer service is terrible, you never know if or when the builders will turn up. After speaking to Warmseal and asking them to keep in touch so we know what's happening, Warmseal promise to phone you... but don't. We're never told what's happening or why no-one turned up. We have complaints about the workmanship and have taken photo's so we will be following this up. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND...GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
