"Hart Windows did a relatively good job. The quality of the windows was good and overall we are pleased. However they could have been more professional. When removing the original windows they were fairly slapdash and we are still finding glass in the garden.They turned up with no ladders bearing in mind the majority of work was on the first floor. I do feel that if we hadnt been there when the work was done we may have had a few problems with quality of finish etc."
