"M & P Property Maintenance We asked this company for estimates for 2 building tasks. This company responded quickly to these requests for building work in our house. Both estimates were delivered efficiently and professionally and promptly. We accepted one if the estimates and M & P carried out the work within a week of asking for their estimate. They carried out the work on time, as contracted and as requested and within their quoted estimated. This work involved replacing a bathroom ceiling at a cost of £390. The company were hard-working and not at all demanding of us for the two days they were with us. They worked from 9.00 - 5.00 without any break and finished the worth scheduled for 2 days by 3.30 on the second day. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and they cleared up their work tidily so that we were able to remove the debris without cost. They provided efficient paperwork and contracts for their estimates. I would recommend this company as friendly and efficient builders and would be happy to request this company to undertake further work for us."
