"An individual who takes all the money 'up-front' and who then fails to finish the job. FAILED to fit new conservatory roof panels properly. FAILED to install any ventilation (though paid for the parts and work) FAILED to fit the new flashing which was the original reason for the job in the first place FAILED to answer calls and emails FAILED to return the loaned key, tghus upsetting the tenant. A MAN NOT TO BE TRUSTED OR EMPLOYED UNDER ANY, < REPEAT ANY > CIRCUMSTANCES! What should have been a 2-3 day job and completed well before then end of August was not even started for several weeks and he was last seen or heard from some time in mid-end September. A month later, water is pouring down on to live sockets when it rains - potentially LETHAL! He left with a badly-tackled conservatory roof with no flashing and water pouring in. He's likely to be on TV, if I can get an email to them! He took the money for the complete job, promised to do a simple job well, then walked away leaving a job unfinished and with water pouring in through a conservatory roof which was not finished and unsealed. Upset the tenants considerably, too by failing to return the key he was loaned on time. The position is that a job that was due to be completed by the end of August ended up at the end of October with no flashing and water pouring in! No ventilation in a south-facing conservatory, though he was paid to install 4 solar fans. Truly, truly, APPALLING (though smooth and convincing on the phone) - has not answered emails or phone calls for months, despite repeated assurances from him that he would complete the works 'before the end of August'. I cannot emphasise enough just how TRULY APPALLING this individual is."
